Want to get your heating oil at a preferential rate?
WOOS has been in existence for approx. 30 years and was originally set up with Tate Oil by a resident of Green Hammerton. Over the years it has evolved from each village having a co-ordinator who organised a monthly order to all members becoming a ‘preferred customer’ of Tate Oil and who have their own log in and order oil as and when they need it.
You can become a member with no cost or commitment so can order elsewhere at any time. We get a preferential rate. There are some ‘rules’ and exclusions, such as December orders incur an extra cost as do urgent orders. There is a 500 litre minimum order but all amounts are charged at the same rate.
Over the years this has worked really well and been of benefit to many. If you would like to know more please get in touch with me and I will send you details of how to join.
