The Whixley snooker club meets in the upstairs room of the Village Hall. The club is run by Rob Fathers and Dan Barnes, and if you are interested in playing snooker in the village on the newly refurbished table, please contact Rob on rjfathers@hotmail.com or fill in the form below and someone will contact you. You will also need to be over 18 and introduced by an existing member or a member of the Village Hall Management Committee as you will be entrusted with access to the Hall (see below).
Access to the club is via a separate entrance secured by a keysafe with a code known only to members. To join the club you need to set up a monthly standing order for just £5, and upon receipt of the commitment you will receive the code to the keysafe. This money pays for the use of the hall and the maintenance of the facility. Use of the snooker table is unlimited but we ask that you put £1 per frame in the honesty box kept in the room.
