If you are into Facebook then there is a Facebook Group “Whixley Village” that you can sign up to and use to communicate village issues to other group members. Over 3,500 people have joined the group so far. The Village Hall also has a Facebook Page “Whixley Village Hall” which you are invited to like.
The village also has a WhatsApp Group, “Whixley!”. This group has proved a useful tool as a more immediate form of communication than website or Facebook posts. If you’d like to be included in the group click on the icon.
Anyone in the village is welcome to join the Friends of the Village Hall WhatsApp group which is for those who wish to help the village hall in any way they can, but would rather not be part of the board of trustees that manages the Hall. If you would like to join the group, please click on the badge.
