My role as a Health & Wellbeing Coach is to help reduce risk factors to help control or prevent medical conditions via lifestyle changes. These lifestyle changes can relate to diet, exercise, weight, alcohol, smoking, or ways to improve sleep and looking after one’s own wellbeing through relaxation techniques. Appointments with me are a discussion; a chance for you to ask questions you may have, regarding your own condition, and how lifestyle changes can help.

As a Health & Wellbeing Coach, I can support and coach you to help you overcome your barriers that are stopping you from achieving your goals. No referral is needed. Patients can request an appointment themselves, via the Reception Team.”
