So, you’re thinking about hiring the hall?

That’s great news as every penny the hall makes from hire, goes right back into paying the bills and keeping the building going! Thanks for supporting this great village asset by booking your event here!

The simple process is as follows.

Step 1

You complete the on-line enquiry/booking form to provide your details and the date/times and purpose of your booking. Click HERE to view the hire charges and click HERE to view the calendar and check availability (or use the scrolling calendar on the right hand side of this page or at the bottom if you are viewing on a smartphone).

Step 2.

You will receive an invitation to view the Village Hall premises and/or confirmation of availability and charges.

Step 3.

To secure your booking you will need to make a BACS payment for the deposit. We can accept a cheque if online banking is not available.

Step 4.

You will need to pay the final amount by BACS or cheque before the date of the event.

You will also need to agree to the conditions of hire which will be emailed to you if you complete your booking on-line or click HERE to download a PDF copy.
